At Aurozip, we strive to ensure that our customers receive fresh, high-quality groceries and daily essentials every time. Due to the nature of grocery products, our return and refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and compliant with industry standards.

Please read this policy carefully.


  1. Products Eligible for Return

Since we deal exclusively in groceries and daily essentials, returns are generally not accepted.

However, a return or replacement will be accepted only in the following cases:

The product is damaged at the time of delivery

The product is expired

The wrong item was delivered

Returns for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, or incorrect ordering by the customer are not accepted.


  1. Time Limit to Raise a Return Request

Customers must raise a return or refund request within 12 hours of delivery.

Requests made after this time window will not be considered.

Customers may be asked to provide:

Order ID

Clear images of the product

Description of the issue


  1. Return Verification & Approval

All return requests are subject to verification by our team.
Once verified and approved, the return or replacement process will be initiated.


  1. Replacement Policy

For individual products, only the affected product will be replaced.

For combo packs, only the affected item within the combo will be replaced.
The entire combo will not be replaced.

Replacement is subject to product availability.


  1. Refund Policy

If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.


  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via a suitable refund method as communicated by our support team.


  1. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order has been dispatched or is out for delivery, cancellation is not allowed.

Scheduled delivery

Return and refund conditions remain the same across all delivery types.

The following items are non-returnable unless damaged, expired, or incorrectly delivered:
