We act as a facilitator between customers, vendors, and delivery partners — not as a manufacturer, producer, or direct seller, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or use the Platform under supervision of a parent or guardian.
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Use the Platform for lawful and personal purposes only.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or misuses our services.

3. User Accounts

4. Location and GPS Services

Location accuracy may vary based on network availability, browser permissions, or device settings.
Aurozip is not responsible for incorrect delivery locations caused by inaccurate GPS data or incorrect user input.

5. Orders and Acceptance

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected items.
• All orders are subject to acceptance by the vendor and product availability.
• Orders may be canceled or refused if products are unavailable, pricing errors occur, or operational limitations exist.

Once an order is confirmed and being prepared, it cannot be modified or canceled.

6. Pricing and Payments

• Prices displayed on aurozip.com are determined by vendors and may vary by product or store.
• Additional charges such as delivery fees, service fees, or taxes may apply.
• Payment can be made online (via supported gateways) or through Cash on Delivery (COD) if available in your area.

We are not liable for payment failures due to bank issues, third-party gateway errors, or insufficient funds.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Customer Cancellations

• You may cancel your order before it is accepted or prepared by the vendor.
• Once an order is marked as “Out for Delivery,” cancellation is not permitted.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued only in valid cases, such as:

• Vendor unable to fulfill the order

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
The final decision on refunds rests solely with Aurozip.

8. Delivery

• Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, vendor preparation time, or other unforeseen events.
• Customers must be available to receive deliveries at the specified location.

If you fail to accept delivery, the order may be canceled and no refund will be issued.

• Product images shown are for illustration purposes only.
• Customers are advised to check the product details and expiry dates before consumption.

Aurozip is not liable for health issues, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction with vendor-supplied goods.

• Threaten, harass, or abuse vendors or delivery personnel.

Violations may lead to immediate suspension or permanent account termination.
